The first “Chringuito” ever is in Sitges
‘Chiringo’ was how they called the coffee infused by an average Cuban worker that they who took the sugar cane. In 1913, the diminutive ‘chiringuito’ gave a name to the first the restaurant on the seafront of Sitges.
