At Sitges Luxury Rentals, our aim is to provide our guests with a unique villa experience, providing our clients with an authentic Spanish and Catalan property, but with the modern comforts that are expected from Luxury clientele.
Barcelona has become a premiere destination for both leisure and business travel. Servais & Helena had the idea to rent what was once their family home, Casa Nova Estate, to visiting groups from all over the world beginning in 2012. The idea to rent their luxury estate was an instant success, and within a few years the couple had acquired and renovated two other beautiful villas.
Our company now has a portfolio of three stunning villas, which attract international clientele for leisure and business holidays, weddings, and other events and celebrations.
Servais (Dutch) and Helena (Swedish) are an international couple who transform old masias (typical Spanish country estates) into modern, cosmopolitan and luxurious villas for the delight of their guests. Helena is a designer, with a vision that pays attention to every tiny detail, she revitalizes the interiors but keeps the history of the estates untouched. Together, they turn the masias into real luxury villas.
Coming from northern Europe, the couple truly appreciates the 300 sunny days of the year that Sitges offers, due to its unique microclimate. They believe it is a wonderful place for their two children to grow up in, with excellent schools and the wonderful international culture that makes Sitges such a utopian place to live, or visit.
Servais and Helena have the local knowledge and the professional expertise to satisfy their client’s highest expectations.
