Sitges Luxury Rentals is a family-run hospitality business built around a small collection of unique villas in and around Sitges.
For more than a decade, we have welcomed guests for weddings, group stays and private events, combining stunning properties with thoughtful service and a team that stays closely involved from the first enquiry through to the stay itself.

our story
How it all began
In 2012, owners Servais (Dutch) and Helena (Swedish) Boosten began welcoming guests to Casa Nova Estate, which had long been their family home.
What started with one villa grew naturally over the years as they restored and developed more properties around Sitges. Each one has its own character, but the approach has stayed the same: create beautiful places to stay, look after them properly and make guests feel genuinely welcome.
Today, the collection brings together private villas for weddings, group stays and events, supported by a team that knows the properties and the area inside out.

A family collective
The family behind Sitges Luxury Rentals
Servais and Helena are still closely involved in the day-to-day life of the business. They oversee the properties, help shape the direction of Sitges Luxury Rentals and are involved in developing new ideas and opportunities, drawing on years of experience in Sitges and a deep knowledge of the villas themselves.
The next generation is now actively involved too. Anders, their daughter, focuses on weddings, events and the wider guest experience, helping bring together the different parts of a stay or celebration. Storm leads Cloud9 Barcelona Catering and brings a strong culinary focus to the business, shaped by his training at Hofmann in Barcelona.
Everyone brings a different area of expertise, but in the end, they all work closely together with the same goal: to make every stay, wedding and event feel personal, well organised and genuinely special for the people experiencing it.
